Lemon Grilled Mushroom

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 lb (450 g) mushroom, cleaned

  • salt and pepper


  • To start, preheat the grill and grease it.
  • Put the mushroom in a large pan with oil. Crush the sides to avoid the juices from spilling.
  • Add the lemon zest and the juice with rest of the ingredients. Toss them.
  • Then place the mushroom mixture over the grill . and allow it to cook for 7 to 8 min.
  • You can serve it as a side dish or topping.
