Try This Ham and Cheese Quiche with Mushroom For A Quick Lunch!
For this ham and cheese quiche with mushroom you will need all-purpose flour, salt, half and half, eggs, Swiss cheese, a single pie crust, chopped fresh spinach, canned mushrooms, canned ham, and Cheddar cheese.
You can swap some of these ingredients. Try using whole-wheat flour, cake flour, whipping cream, milk, mozzarella cheese, Italian mix cheese, green mix, fresh mushrooms, turkey, and Parmesan cheese.
Start by preheating your oven to around 350 degrees F. You will need a quiche dish as well, and grease it with olive oil. Separately, begin mixing the flour, eggs, salt, and half and half in a bowl.
It is best to place the Swiss cheese first into the baking dish, and then place the spinach followed by the mushrooms. Once ready, pour the egg mixture over, along with ham and cheddar cheese.
Your quiche should bake for about 50-60 minutes. But check them often, as the top should turn golden brown.
This recipe calls for one large quiche that you can cut into many servings. However, if you prefer it, you can bake smaller quiches to serve as hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, or for a snack.
Enjoy your ham and cheese quiche with mushroom any time of the day. You can warm it up in the oven at a lower temperature and for a few minutes. When you are in a rush, quickly microwave your quiche piece, but be sure not to overdo it. Accompany your quiche with a fresh green salad.
