Herbed Mushroom SkilletCourse: Mushroom Recipes
3 oz (75 g) butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
13 oz (325 g) button mushrooms, wiped cleaned
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp basil, chopped
bread, assorted crusty
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, and saute the garlic for 1 min.
- Add in the mushrooms, and allow them to cook for 5 mins over high heat.
- Season with cayenne, parsley, basil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Allow it to cook for 2 more min.
- You can now serve your Herbed mushroom skillet as a side dish or topping.
