Italian-Style Mushroom Tart
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup (64 g) onion, sliced
8 oz (200 g) mushroom quartered
2 cups (256 g) spinach, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 cup (64 g) grated Parmesan cheese
