Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, beaten

  • 1/4 cup (32 g) cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 lb (approx 112 g) mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed

  • 1 inch red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 tsp thyme leaves

  • 1 tbsp sliced chives

  • 1/3 cup (approx 40 g) Swiss cheese, shredded

Directions

  • To start, whisk the eggs and cream in a mixing bowl.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the mushroom and cook for 6 min.
  • You can now add the thyme, pepper flakes, and chives. Allow them to cook for 30 sec.
  • Then pour in the egg mix and continuously stir until they start to sit.
  • Stir in the cheese and let them sit until its done.
  • Serve warm, enjoy.
