4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup (32 g) cream
2 tbsp butter
1/4 lb (approx 112 g) mushrooms, sliced
1/2 garlic clove, crushed
1 inch red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
1 tbsp sliced chives
1/3 cup (approx 40 g) Swiss cheese, shredded
- To start, whisk the eggs and cream in a mixing bowl.
- Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the mushroom and cook for 6 min.
