This Mushroom Pate in Teriyaki Sauce is the Delicate Dish You Need to Try
To prepare this dish, try using mushrooms, olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic, teriyaki sauce, onion, parsley, sea salt, and pepper.
You can always substitute other ingredients when needed. Use other ingredients, like butter, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chives, and cilantro.
Begin the cooking process by sauteing the onions for a few minutes, until they soften. You can then add the garlic, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. The whole cooking process should take a few minutes, but make sure your mushrooms are soft.
Finish up by adding the liquid ingredients and cook until it has all evaporated. This step allows your mushrooms and onions to absorb all the flavors.
When making the pate, all you have to do is add the mushroom mixture to a food processor or blender. Add in the parsley with the olive oil and the teriyaki sauce that is left. Blend until you have a smooth texture, and everything is ground enough.
This party trick is perfect for entertaining guests of all sorts, from meat-lovers to vegans. Serve it cold or room temperature with rice crackers or your favorite baguette.
For more flavor, you can add another seasoning, like minced ginger. You can also serve this as a side dish for your favorite fried rice recipe. Enjoy it however you like and surprise all your guests.
