12 oz (300 g) Rotini noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup (128 g) onion, chopped
1 tbsp thyme
4 cups (512 g) mixed mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 cups (256 g) spinach, rinse well and chopped

1 tsp salt
