To make this recipe, you will need Portobello mushrooms, spinach, butter, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.

You can also exchange some of these ingredients out. Try using cremini mushrooms, button mushrooms, arugula, canned tomatoes, Italian mix cheese, Swiss cheese, and dry basil.

The first step in preparing this pizzette is cleaning, washing, and cutting your mushrooms. Make sure there is no dirt on them, especially if you have harvested them yourself.

This mixture will go on a cookie sheet, and on top, you will be placing the rest of the ingredients.

Make sure your oven is ready to go at 350 degrees F. Bake your mushroom pizzette for about 12 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!
