Ingredients
12 large portobello mushrooms, wash and cut into fine pieces
5 oz (142 g) spinach, chopped
1 1/2 cup (192 g) mozarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp basil. dried
2 medium tomatoes
pinch of salt
pinch of ground black pepper
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix the finely chopped mushroom with spinach, basil, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Grease a cookie sheet with the butter.
- On a greased cookie sheet, arrange the mushroom caps next to each other.
- Spoon the mixture evenly on the mushroom caps.
- Get the tomatoes and slice them into thin pieces.
- Put the sliced tomatoes over the mushroom caps.
- Heat the oven to 350 F (177 C).
- Bake the mushrooms for 12 minutes.
- For another 3 minutes, grill them.
