For this dish, you will need button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, Portobello mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger, molasses, hoisin sauce, dark sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, and rice vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (227 g) button mushrooms

  • 6 oz (170 g) portobello mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tbsp ginger, miced

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 2 tsp molasses

  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil

  • 2 tsp chili paste with garlic

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Directions

  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet.
  • Stir fry garlic, ginger and chili paste.
  • Fry for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
  • Add mushrooms and saute for 4 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce, molasses, hoisin sauce and rice vinegar. Mix well.
  • Cook them for another 2 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
  • Serve and enjoy.
