8 oz (227 g) button mushrooms
6 oz (170 g) portobello mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic
3 1/2 oz (99 g) shiitake mushrooms
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger, miced
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp molasses
2 tsp dark sesame oil
2 tsp chili paste with garlic
1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet.
- Stir fry garlic, ginger and chili paste.
- Fry for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Add mushrooms and saute for 4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, molasses, hoisin sauce and rice vinegar. Mix well.
- Cook them for another 2 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
