The anti-inflammatory properties of selenium, in addition, help to prevent damage inside the linings of the heart and blood vessels.

Benefit #2: PROTECTS YOUR SKIN

Shiitake is a good skincare supplement. It has a dense amount of kojic acid which lightens the skin.

It is also good to avoid and treat acne since it has ergothioneine, which enables DNA repair in cells and protects the skin from environmental irritants.

Benefit #3: STRENGTHENS YOUR BONES

Moreover, zinc supports osteoblasts. These cells are responsible for the synthesis and mineralization of bone.
