Crispy Shiitake Mushroom Slices
1 cup (128 g) shiitake mushrooms (cleaned and trimmed)
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
- Set the oven. Preheat to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove mushroom stems. Slice the mushrooms into thinner pieces.
- Add the mushrooms to a mixing bowl and pour over soy sauce and olive oil. Mix well.
- Place parchment (baking) paper on a baking sheet. Add the mushroom slices to the tray.
