Adding portobello mushrooms to your diet is not only good for their unique taste, but it will also excite you more to eat nutritious food.

Three B-vitamins can be found in portobellos: Vitamin B2 or riboflavin; Vitamin B3 or niacin; and Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid.

They help the body to break down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates to produce energy.

Riboflavin is helpful in keeping the eyes, muscles, and skin healthy. It is also used to avoid cataracts and migraines. Niacin, on the other hand, regulates cholesterol levels in your body.

It is also very useful to avoid problems like water retention, hypertension, and even stroke.
