Extra Cheesy Mushroom Pizza Everyone Will Want More Of

Pizza dinner sounds about right!
Before you prepare this pizza make sure you have all the ingredients ready. Gather your refrigerated pizza crust, olive oil, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, white mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
You can always add or swap some ingredients with things, like cremini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, Italian cheese mix, garlic powder, and olives.
Before you start prepping anything, be sure to preheat the oven to about 400 degrees F. While this happens, lay your pizza dough on a baking sheet and coat it with olive oil and garlic.
Place this pizza crust in the oven and let it cook for about 9 minutes. This will give it a nice brown color and toasted flavor. Cook your mushrooms in a pan separately while your pizza crust is in the oven.
Top the pizza crust with cheese, cooked mushrooms, and any other toppings. Place the pizza again in the oven and allow it to bake for another extra 16 minutes.
Enjoy this pizza warm with a green salad and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
If you want to make this pizza more filling, you can always add grilled or shredded chicken, Italian sausage, or salami. You can also make this a tomato pizza by adding your favorite tomato sauce.
Although it takes a while, you can also make your pizza crust by buying all-purpose or bread flour and instant yeast. This process means that you need to allow your dough time to be ready before you can start baking your extra cheesy mushroom pizza.
